I am an MCO SIM Card user; I started using
this card since last week. The card when inserted was having detection
problems from the beginning; I had to reset my
set in order to get the card properly detected. I made 4-5 calls
successfully, but one night, for no reasons the
card demanded PUK No. which was not supplied to me by my dealer. This
incident happened around 23-24hrs when the dealer’s
office was closed. Just because I was not able to contact my
dealer or BPL assistance (No.s were not Provided
to any of the MCO users in Nanded), I switched off my set. I reached
my dealers office next day morning, though dealer
tried to help me and called BPL assistance through his phone. When I
got my PUK No. in the morning, when I switched
on my set, it displayed "SIM card rejected", the BPL authorities when
contacted demanded 500/- for reactivation. Now
tell me if the card was not performing to its expectations why should I
bear the brunt. Even if I pay them for reactivation
this time what guarantee do they provide that this may not happen next
time.
Hope to receive a solution soon.

Internet users at home are facing severe problem to get connected with net. Hours together are waste for trying to connect the NET. We are reading every day an advertisement in local news paper that Internet Cafe is being inaugurated. This has resulted in non connectivity of Home users to NET. Some lines must be kept for home users and total lines must be increased stoat home users can get connectivity. Most of the home users are using Internet for good reasons and fruitful results but they are kept away form connectivity due to Cyber Cafes. Isn't it surprising that cafes are spreading in Nanded at very high rate. Apart from that we demand that let cafe be increased but Home users must get connectivity easily.

Hello sir,
I appriciate your view regarding the speed
of the internet. This topic is one of the important in the IT world. But
nobody cares!
Department should make such an arrangement so that personal user shouldnot get disturbed by any number of internet cafe.On the otherside I will say they must give priority to personal users rather than general/cafe users,as personal users uses the internet for reaserch work.So they Build The Nation.
