Shri Z.D.Gilda

Shri Zumberlal Dwarkadas Gilda born on 1st July,1929 at Ajegaon in then Hingoli Taluka now District place.
He took his primary education at Washim in Vidharbha Region.
He studied for Commerce education at G.S.College of Commerece, Wardha during the year 1949 to 1952 and completed degree of B.Com.
He completed his education in Law at Government Law College, Nagpur and secured degree in Law i.e., LL.B.
He was in service dring the year 1954 to 1958 in Edward Textile Mill at Madras [ Tamilnadu ]
He finally decided to serve the society as Tax Consultant and left the job. He joined Late Shri R.R.Malpani as partner in Tax Consultancy firm and look after Parbhani branch during the year 1960 to 1963. He shifted to Nanded in 1963 and since then practicing at Nanded. He has created his own goodwill in Sales Tax Practice as well studied and principled tax consultant.
He was the member of Management Committee of Nehru English School.
He was the President of Income Tax and Sales Tax Practitioners Association, Nanded.
He is the senior most personality of Sales Tax Practitioners at Nanded.

Shri Suryakant Prabhu Gandewar born on 20th September,1937 at Kolambi, Tq. Biloli Dist. Nanded.
He has comleted his school education from Pratibha Niketan High School,Holi, Nanded. PUC [ Pre University Course ] from Peoples College, Nanded. He has comleted his degree level education in commerce from B.M.C.College, Pune in 1959 and secured B.Com.degree from Pune University.

Thereafetr he joined the highest course in Commerce of Chartered Accountancy as an article under the Chandbhai and Jasobhai,a leading Chartered Accountants Firm in Mumbai. He has successfully completed the C.A. Course and joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as Associate Member in the year 1963. He become the Fellow Member in 1968.

In the year 1964 he has started his practice at Nanded in the name of Suryakant Gandewar & Co. At present Suryakant Gandewar & Co has becomea partnership firm from 1.10.1998 with the admission of Shyam Gandewar [Son] as Partner.He is the SECOND CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT of Nanded District. Thus he is senior most Chartered Accountant of Nanded. He is well repected personality of Nanded very well known in Nanded, Parbhani and Latur District. He has specialisation in Bombay Public Trust Act and almost all leading Trust and Societies are benefiting from his services.

He is President of Arya Vaishya Samaj since its inception in 1984 which is running one primary school and Balak Mandir.

He is also a Chartered [First] President of Nanded Chartered Accountants Association.

He was a vice-president of Lions Club, Nanded. He also held the joint treasurership of Lions District.

The great personality of Nanded in Taxation field Shri Bansilalji Kabra was born on 1st May,1925 at Hingoli in the family of businessman.His father Shri Mohanlalji Kabra was a commission agent at Hingoli. He completed his Primary education at Hingoli and Secondary education at Parbhani. He completed his higher studies In Usmaniya University at Hyderabad and secured the degrees in science and Law. He was B.Sc.,LL.B.

After completion of his education he came to Nanded in 1949-50 and started practice in the Tax Consultation field. Very soon in the year 1951-52 he settled in the Tax Consultation field.
He was known for his very pious nature. He was always having smile. He never snatched the cases of his colleagues. He had always given a guidence to whomesoever comes to him without prejudice mind.

He was known for his Honesty and Morality. He was having clients from different cast and religion and everybody was happy with his service.

He took the decision to retire from the practice and implemented the same. In the field of Taxation it is not easy to keep onself away from the Taxation Consultancy especially after a long engagement in this field. He could do that. He handed over his Parbhani Office to his elder Son Shri Srivallabh Kabra and Nanded Office to Shri Jaiprakash Kabra. Both are also known as like their father.

He had never discriminated in his relations on the measurement of near and dear. He had treated every relative at equal rank. Even today the same is followed by his successors.

He had over and all very happy life and contributed much more to Nanded in the field of Tax Consultation. He was the President of Income Tax and Sales Tax Consultants Association, Nanded.

He was also involved in various social activities and he was the member of Rajasthani Education Society, Nanded.

He passed away on 9 th October, 1996.
